Why Most Founders Get Stuck

They Build
Without Direction

A lot of activity can still lead nowhere. Without clear priorities, founders spend months working without knowing what actually moves the business forward.

They Consume More Than They Execute

You can watch every business video online and still stay stuck. Growth begins when knowledge becomes decisions, offers, systems, conversations, and action.

They Never
Develop the CEO

Your business can only grow as far as your ability to communicate, sell, lead, build relationships, and make strong decisions.

You’re Not Just Building a Brand. You’re Building Your Capacity to Lead It.

Identify the vision, gaps, opportunities, and priorities.

Build the Plan

Turn strategy into actionable steps, resources, and tools.

03

Put It Into Motion

Implement what matters now instead of trying to fix everything at once.

04

See what’s working, solve what isn’t, and make smarter decisions.

05

Keep Growing

Repeat the process as your goals, opportunities, and business expand.

Become Harder
to Overlook.

The goal isn’t just to know more about business. It’s to become the type of founder who can walk into a room, explain the vision, recognize opportunity, and confidently move the business forward.

Develop the ability to:

→ Explain your offer clearly and confidently
→ Present yourself as a credible business owner
→ Refine your products, services, and positioning
→ Create stronger sales opportunities
→ Pitch your business and pursue larger deals
→ Build valuable relationships and strategic partnerships
→ Expand your network horizontally and vertically
→ Make stronger decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself

In four months, Khamiah turned creative potential into real experience, stronger positioning, and opportunities that moved her closer to the career she envisioned.

When I first met Khamiah, she knew what she wanted creatively, but she didn’t fully see herself in it yet.

She talked about moving to Chicago, becoming a Creative Director, and creating commercials, exhibits, and campaigns—but there was still hesitation around whether she was truly qualified to step into that identity.

What I saw immediately was that she was already a creative director in practice. She naturally styled, curated, built social concepts, and carried herself with a distinct creative point of view. The work wasn’t about inventing a new version of her—it was about helping her recognize what was already there and build the experience to match it.

Over the next four months, we became intentional about every move. She strengthened her resume through a fashion-columnist and social-media partnership, helped grow a local café brand’s engagement, expanded her network, pitched herself into new rooms, and ultimately secured an opportunity to develop an exhibit with Black Bird Arts in Charlotte.

The biggest shift wasn’t just in her resume. It was in how she began to see herself—and move—as the Creative Director she had been becoming all along.

"When I first met Zhateyah, I was in a transition period. I had moved back to Charlotte from DC after being laid off, and honestly, I didn’t really know what was next. I just knew I wanted to move into the creative space.

From our first meeting, she really listened to me and helped put words to what I was already feeling. I knew I wanted to be a Creative Director and that I loved research, Black art, fashion, and media, but she helped me see how all of those things could actually connect into a career.

Zhateyah pushed me in a healthy way to network, get comfortable on camera, build my skills, and put myself in rooms I probably wouldn’t have before. Because of that, I started going after opportunities and reaching goals I honestly didn’t think would happen this soon.

I think without her guidance, it would’ve taken me a lot longer to figure out my direction and have the confidence to really claim the future I knew I wanted."
