Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Green Book Group's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Green Book Group provides professional consulting and implementation services including, but not limited to:

  • Business Consulting

  • Strategic Roadmaps

  • Workshops

Services are governed by individual proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, or invoices.

Strategy Intensives
Strategy Intensives are consulting sessions intended to evaluate your business and provide recommendations.

Recommendations do not guarantee specific business results.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Submit requested assets promptly

  • Respond within agreed project timelines

  • Obtain necessary permissions for provided materials

  • Review deliverables in a timely manner


Delays caused by missing information may extend project timelines.

Payments
Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due according to the invoice schedule.

  • Late payments may pause project work.

  • Outstanding balances may incur applicable late fees if specified in your agreement.


Refund Policy
Because our services involve consulting, strategy, design, and digital development:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Completed work is non-refundable.

  • Strategy sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Digital products are non-refundable.


Refunds may be issued only at Green Book Group's discretion.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Green Book Group retains ownership of:

  • Frameworks

  • Templates

  • Methodologies

  • Processes

  • Educational materials

  • Internal documentation


Upon final payment, clients receive ownership or the applicable license to approved custom deliverables specifically created for their project, excluding Green Book Group's pre-existing intellectual property.

Portfolio Rights
Green Book Group may display completed work within:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Presentations

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not intentionally disclose proprietary information except:

  • with client authorization,

  • as required by law, or

  • as necessary to perform contracted services with trusted subcontractors or service providers who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.


Website Use
Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload malicious software

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Copy proprietary materials without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes


Disclaimer
Our recommendations are based on professional experience and industry best practices.

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue

  • Sales

  • Business growth

  • Funding

  • Media coverage

  • Search engine rankings

  • Social media performance


Business success depends on numerous factors outside our control, including client implementation, market conditions, competition, and economic factors.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Book Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
